I have consistently for the last six months that I’ve had this service had nothing but issues. My data cap is ridiculous. The beginning they tell me they no longer have Unlimted available in my area after I discovered that my data cap was way too low and then every single month I have to call and figure out why now that I’ve been raised to Unlimted. I am still experiencing issues
It is impossible to access any kind of customer support on this app. Use the number they give you? Infinite holding! Chat with a bot? It has no idea how to help and just repeats itself! Chat with a person? It won’t even load! Makes me want to change phone carriers. I will recommend against T-mobile with the strongest possible language to anyone who asks.
I️ enjoy T-Mobile app and really like the T-Mobile Tuesdays perks. Wish I️ could give 5 stars but the biggest issue is that they set their app up in a way that does not promote their products. If I️ click T-Mobile website to learn about their internet plans it’s direct to the app, but then it does not let me access it since I️ am not the “primary account holder”. How am I️ suppose to see if I’m interested at all if I️ can’t get the information? I️ can understand purchasing it, but not being able to even look at the information is just poor design. T-Mobile will lose out on additional business cause of this design.
Why would you stay or sign up for a company showing security vulnerabilities and just saying sorry? In the end is your problem caused by them and passing the troubles directly to you. Trust is the greatest asset in corporate America.
I like the app don’t get me wrong but now it seems like I have to constantly update the app every time I click on it
There’s quite a bit of improvement with the app with the mobile phone bill portion now clear as daylight with the breakdown of the discount. This is rated as 3 stars to hopefully they improve their backend with harder security to prevent data breaches as likely their systems are very closely tied. But with the addition of this stupid AI chat bot, it’s an automatic 1 star. The AI bot isn’t capable of answering complex questions.
Random pop-up offers during phone trade-in wipeout progress and forced me to start over. Then, I couldn’t buy a screen protector because a pop-up kept telling me I couldn’t add a new line. I wasn’t adding a new line. The app is costing the company money.
Why offer spam block and not block spam
They do everything but try to let you pay your bill. It’s a horrible app. All I wanna do is pay my bill. I don’t want my mobile company trying to manage my life. Just provide me good service cause I’m such a family member. Give me a better pricing on my phone bill
I spoke to Solana on March 10, 2026. She was VERY GOOD. What I thought she had fixed was denied in April and May. I was out of the country and I could only access the “virtual assistant.” Spent over 45 minutes being transferred to virtual assistant to virtual assistant to virtual assistant with no results. The new T Mobile app hides any possible human contact. They sell me many things which I don’t want as I don’t trust the provider. There has to be a better system out there.
