BFF: Make Friends. By Bumble.

I created a BBFF account and as soon as I attempted to tap on people to see their full profile, I couldn’t? Not sure if it was just my phone or not but if you can actually view someone’s profile, the app becomes useless.

Can’t even make an account because of an error when you get texted your code. Fix this.

Everytime i type in code it says “something went wrong system error”

I got a notification saying my account would be banned for writing I don’t want to be friends with people who support a genocide

So many bugs. I started using this as the developer app Geneva, for planning large scale local events within a several hundred member group. Bugs include but are not limited to: edits to a message always fail to upload, event notifications that have been read will not clear, photos and videos take multiple attempts to send. It is not the clients responsibility to identify or report bugs in the first place but making me use a AI chatbot to report them will make me just not do it at all.

It’s ok. The dm’s run pretty bad, from the notifications having a dang rave in the app to randomly deleting the notifications all together, it’s kind of annoying. I don’t like the distance settings not having actual miles so I get people that live 3hrs away even though it’s on nearby. 3hr is not nearby y’all.

Why can I still see people when I block them in groups and messages etc. The new group part is so overwhelming with the big boxes and colors, it makes me want to delete the app… They lost all the good features, people are almost 10 years younger than me and over an hour away and no way to filter? What’s the point of this app? I mostly won’t use it. You can’t even search for groups? Not worth it and terrible change.

There are soooooo many bugs on this app. It closes the whole app when it can’t process correctly. Example, I hit a chat I have with someone and it closes the app.

Ok I have been really successful with bumble BFF when it was a combined app. I like the idea of the separate app except the formatting of this app is extremely confusing. I don’t understand who I’ve “matched” with versus who has waved to me but not vice versa. It’s extremely confusing to keep track of matches and the formatting overall is not easy to use. I would really love if they just went back to the old formatting or just made the new one a lot more user friendly. Really disappointed because I want to explore more friendships this summer but the past couple of times I’ve gone into the app and attempted to connect with people I’ve just been left frustrated.

Too much has changed! I never see but maybe 2-3 different people every 6 weeks or so. My parameters are pretty wide open too!! I’ll give it a few more weeks, but I’ll probably just delete this app. Disappointing!
