This company is really good. If you have a problem, they’re very willing to help you out. You have no trouble getting a refund if it’s needed the only thing I would say that they need sometimes to package a little bit better. Thank you for being such a good company.

I keep getting offered my reimbursement, but I never can receive it without being charged. I will never purchase anything again until I receive my reimbursement.

Total disaster. My order has been in Nigeria for over a week and is now just sitting at a 'Lagos Hub.' It spent a whole week in customs and now it’s stuck again. I have a school party this weekend and no clothes to wear because of this delay. Temu, stop using slow couriers in Nigeria! My package is literally in my city and you people won't deliver it. Very poor service!

the products are usually fine i just find it dumb that the “free reward” things they do are never actually free. it’ll have you purchase something in order to get like 8 things for free and you can pick those 8 things and all you have to do is open the app everyday for a few days and then you get your gifts but that’s not actually the case, the first gift is usually free but then you’re required to purchase more things to get your “other free gifts” just don’t fall for those, they don’t actually work.

Truly saddened that most things have become more expensive than Amazon. Something that costs $12 on amazon costs $20-30 on this app.

This app uses deceptive and predatory games and promotions with hidden rules not available when entering the beginning screens. Just don’t waste your time; FARMLAND IS THE WORST OFFENDER.
