Locked out of my account. No way to get back in. Useless.. I need you to delete my profile. No way to contact tech support. And guess what ? I’m not uploading my license to you !

Got locked out of my account after putting in my correct password, doing the human test, and passing the dual authentication via text. Now it wasn’t government ID… lol not a chance
Why is so hard to verify. I loo like an idiot. Why doesn’t to camera pop up I’m just looking at a blank white screen, why does this keep happening.
I had this app for 5 days. Worked great the first day then I tried to get back on it a couple days later and it logged me out and wouldn’t let me login back in. The app kept asking if I was a robot and I kept answering it and it kept saying “error”. It sent me to persona for my ID, sent that in and still didn’t let me back in. Then I tried to go to costumer support and I had to login through that and it still wouldn’t work therefore there was no way I could use costumer support. There is no way to call or do anything so now my account just sitting out there and I have no access to it.
For $40 a month, you’ll get immediately swamped by accounts claiming to help u make your resume more attractive, you’ll get offers by companies that aren’t verified but warned to look out for by linked in. Even as a premium user u can go into the settings to “turn off” messages that are ads, but you’ll still get constant ads for “schools” and “certifications”. You’ll see a stream of employers posting marriage photos and talking about how employers need to give people a chance.. yet never mention positions they’re hiring for.. you’re paying for facebook with extra ads and no actual help
After many LinkedIn influencers were given a “blue badge” to note their thought leadership and industry expertise, it became evident that LinkedIn was not just a place for finding a job, catching up on corporate news, or meeting new connections who may want to buy or sell products. We saw opportunity for unified support, sharing connections, and creating community with just a push of strategic marketing. Several years later, I can attribute excellent partnerships and profitable relationships to my personal and professional development to the LinkedIn app.
My account somehow disappeared, and while trying to figure out the problem with customer service, I realized that they were too incompetent to help me, so I'm just done now. 15 years of information and connections gone because they're too large to be able to competently help an individual.
