I have two cards with chase. Both were given to me at high credit availability. I pay on time on all my cards. I would not recommend getting a chase card because they lower the balance of available credit for no reason. I’ve been working to purchase a car and paid one the cards completely off. They lowered the limit of the card. I then paid off two additional non Chase cards and they lowered the limit of my other card. This has negatively impacted my credit because it shows I use more of my available credit. I’ve worked hard to get financial secure an try to maintain my credit score. I don’t tend to carry high balances and now it seems I do. I will pay them off and stick to my capitol one.

Love the tracking and alerts on my credit report. Helps me to achieve my credit goals

Great information chase sends me just a click of a button to update or confirm my account and advise on how to manage my account. And check my credit score. Also when a fraud is about to happen they alert me. that’s a wonderful well thought out solution. Thanks

First time tried to book a flight via Chase Travel and it was a disaster. Few hours before flight, I tried to check in online, the aviacompany site asked for ticket numbers (in addition to booking reference) - and this info simply not available in Chase trips UI. The guidance in UI is to call them (as support chat is not invented yet in this century) which I could not use in subway on my way to airport. As a result - check-in in person, too few spots -> was placed separately from my spouse. Contacted Chase representatives via secure chat to at least learn ticket numbers for the flight back - got priceless recommendation to call them instead from Turkey - to make sure I also waste money on roaming.
