The AI chatbots are insufferable. The most basic tasks takes twice as long because I’m forced to chat with a bot first and then I’m incorrectly redirected. So frustrating.

I was asked to pay money back even though another insurance company customer crashed into my car. Only because the experts at GEICO don’t understand the damage caused was bcoz of the accident. Now they are telling me to pay the whole repair cost, I could have done it more cheaper than this on my own. Feels like it’s better to be a customer of the crashed insurance company. Will be leaving soon as son as I pay them. I regret it after being with GEICO for long time.
The Geico Mobile-Car Insurance is very easy to navigate and get what you need easily. I needed reimbursement for roadside services and I went on this app and it was so easy to find what I needed and I was able to submit my invoice directly from the roadside assistance screen and it shows my policy # and my name and I attached my invoice and it went through. Now I have to wait to hear from the roadside assistance team for my payment.
I have a paid off vehicle, I’m twenty eight years old with no traffic violations or points on my license. I shouldn’t be paying $200 a month for a 09’ impala that’s been well taken care of. Going to be exploring other options this summer if my premium is more than $100 a month. Money is too tight for everyone.
Your app will not use Face ID to login even when I have it turned on in settings. I have to enter my email address and password and obtain the security code every time I log in. Very frustrating!
This app is awful. Hate it. Doesnt let you Log in properly . Doesnt allow you to do anything you’re supposed to do. I want to cancel my policy, this app sucks so bad
