My account is locked out. I follow the instructions with the password link reset and it keeps telling me that the link has either been used or expired. It’s just frustrating that I cannot log into not my account. Calling the store by phone is an inconvenience because half the time, no one answers the phone.
If you go to settings, you can turn off deals notifications. This is intentional. And they come every, single, day.
No dark mode app icon. Toggles don’t work under Settings > Notifications. No passkey support. No Apple Watch app.
Uh looks neat but can’t find my previous orders to order them. Guess I’ll log on using my computer and give that a try. Can we agree as a society that not everything needs an “update”. Some things really do work great. Please stop breaking our apps because you got sold on some marketing trash.
The last two updates have not allowed me to turn off notifications for special offers on my profile. It shows a toggle and is not effective (doesn’t not move when clicked and is automatically turned on), leading to frequent unwanted promotional messaging
Unable to order. Contacting them is all an automated thing and no way to get help so far.
I am a pretty tech savvy person. In the new app I have had considerable problems. Not of that, I have also helped both of my parents and my in-laws and trying to order through the app as well and they have also had a lot of problems as well. This was not a good change for Dominos.
This app is incredibly frustrating. I s turned off the SPECIAL OFFERS AND DEALS notifications over and over again—probably a million times at this point—yet they still come every day. I’ve deleted, updated, turned on and off. Nothing works. Fix this and respect my preferences.
