The website is a joke. I’m wondering if ANYONE at Lowe’s has actually tried to use it. Call me…..let’s do a sample order online….the website is full of bugs and errors. I’ll never use it again. Always amazes me that some of these big companies never even Beta test or consumer test their websites. IT DOESNT WORK WELL !!
It has pop ups that don’t let you get the details on products. Better to just go to the web page.
Order was place since early morning. They sent notice order was ready. We go pick it up and they say it was cancelled as they informed me it was cancelled I get the text that they had just cancelled and didn’t give a reason. Had to reorder. 😡

It’s amazing and their warranties are so easy to get things fixed and or replaced Lowe’s is our shop 100% of the time!!
No one knows how to use the rewards program associates need to be trained on how to use app and how to use rewards, 5 Lowes team members could not help had to figure it out by calling customer support and they had to figure it out as well.
Hands down the most well put together and accurate app of all the big retail stores. Easy to navigate. I’ve never once had an issue with finding what I’m looking for.
