More bugs in 4.16.61 Calendar view is unusable and misaligned - can’t select the correct date, it selects the date above and cannot correct or back out without closing the app entirely. App completely stalls after a few searches and cannot start over without closing the app entirely. The updated interface is absolutely awful. It looks like they tried to force a webpage into the app format and turns out it’s a terrible customer and user experience! UNUSABLE. can’t select dates in the calendar view. Ridiculous way to select departure and arrival airports. The worst I’ve seen in color and formats for accessibility from an established company.
Made me pay for my bag when it clearly fit under the seat and some guy walked on with a backpack visibly twice the size of mine
Terrible experience. I booked with EasyJet for the first time in ages and their app was incredibly frustrating to use. It kept glitching, making it almost impossible to change my flight, and I had to repeatedly reset my password just to access my account. A simple task ended up taking hours just to make a change and download a boarding pass. If this is the standard of their digital service, I definitely won’t be flying with them again.
We were forced to pay a bag fee at the gate. Very greedy airline. Avoid.
Don’t trust a single thing you think you’re getting when you book. They’ll take away your seat after you book and make you pay for your seat again when checking in. Even if you paid for a nice seat. Be prepared to pay twice for everything!
In tbilisi airport, we were sitting in the airport, it was announced several times that boarding started, though it was too early. everyone came to gate, they allow us to scan boarding passes and let us go, but plane did not allow passengers to the plane and hundreds of passengers locked in the small corridor up to 1 hour, in August, no air conditioning, no ventilation. we asked airport staff and it was air plane's decision.
I heaven’t seen such a broken app in a while. When I press “add to a wallet” it simply show me a bunch of text, alao can’t save the downloaded pdf. Totally useless app.
Please for the love of everything that is good on this earth, spare yourself the torture of having to use this app. I have never encountered a less user-friendly and difficult check-in process before in my life. Boo and two thumbs down to sleazy jet.
This app won’t allow me to manage my special needs assistance for a temporary disability, “Easy”Jet won’t respond to my 5/9/2035 email requesting assistance, and I’m going to have to suffer through this trip. I’m being annoyed and worried about my condition worsening as I continue my vacation in Italy. Terrible customer experience.
