Amazon Prime Video

I have full bars, great WiFi, but for some reason this app keeps loading for 15 minutes. But when I reset the app it works perfectly fine. It even does it at the end of adds causing me to have to rewatch ads. Canceling my subscription bc of this. I’d rather use something that won’t force me to rewatch ads over and over and not let me watch my show

This app has one job, literally. But it cannot do that effectively. If you switch out of the app, even for one second to check a text message or something, when you come back it will have lost your place. When you complete an episode, it will bring you back to where you have to choose an episode and the suggested episode it offers is always the one you already just finished. Now that there are ads this is so much more irritating and time wasting.

App does not remember the watch history. Always mess up if you leave episode in the middle and come back to the app. It sucks when compared to any other video app for history. Sad that Amazon cannot fix this, they surely have content to compete with Netflix but the app is just too glitchy.

Why can’t I hear any voices on the movie The Perks of being a wallflower. Only thing I hear is background music and extra sound such chatter and mumbled words. but I can’t hear none of the actors voices

I love Amazon but for some reason it just keeps saying network error and I need to download shows! Really frustrating

Over the last year I’ve noticed when trying to watch Prime, it can take many attempts to actually connect. Restating my internet many times. Tonight, still trying to watch something, almost ten minutes. Time for them to update their product. Sure it could be my internet connection, but it’s not as Netflix and YouTube seem to always work fine when Amazon Prime does not. They just keep raising their prices without giving better service. If I didnt already pay for old series and movies I like to stream, and didn’t appreciate free shipping, I’d dump Amazon Prime.

Your service is a joke. The ads make watching a movie unbearable. I rewind 5 minutes, I have to watch 3 more minutes of ads. I pause and go let my dog out, hit play, more ads. I get through all the little dots indicating the ad breaks during a movie yet you still figure out some way to make me watch more ads. It’s simply a dealbreaker. Your app is completely garbage.

This app is amazing!! My favorite shows are Hazbin hotel and Helluvaboss!! Besides the ads I rate this app a 5/5!! :3
