When you reach out to support, it shows the wait time is 1 day. 3 days passed and still no response. If you get no response from support, imagine when you have issues trying to cash out and you can’t reach support.. yeah, I’ll pass on this app.
Not an app I recommend over other sports betting and prediction market apps good for the free cash but it is not somewhere I would ever put my money on it has too much lag when you try to cash-out of make plays. They also can have complete shutdowns of their servers recently they had issues with cash-outs and being able to even see your portfolio making it impossible to cash-out. I attempted to cash-out while winning and the app just loaded until my bet was losing and completely shut down and ability to cash-out or even see my bets. The live chat confirmed this was affecting everyone on the app.
Ive been having this app for almost a week and half now and i cant get a simple support help on why i cant verify my information on this app there support takes forever to help and no one on this dam app can be able to fix my issue like i cant even use the app no ONE CAN HELP ME there support is horrrible
Stupid app freezes all the time I was in the middle of a game I saw was losing so I sold but then the app froze and had a delay warning sign I was waiting for my funds I didn’t get an update until after th game finish now I lost that is not the business who wants a freezing app wth then I go to check and they count it as a complete loss I had a whole 4th quarter to go was to late never had a chance they robbed me
After betting, I couldn’t log in and lost money. The application could not be logged in at all
I made a bet and I won and they took my money. I would like to know what do I have to do to get my money that I want?
Spent more time trying to open the damn app. Once you open it the app has maintenance issues don’t recommend

Crashes when it matters most
The app has some issues including but not limited to loading issues, especially during busy periods, when you place limit orders your balance does not account for active unfilled orders. The website does not allow for Apple sign in. I created my account via the app through Apple and used the Hide My Email feature. Because of this I cannot sign into my account through web interface. Other than that, the app is very simple, very pretty and relatively smooth.
