About 50% of orders come with problems. Missing items or problems with the items. I typically leave positive reviews, but there are serious issues with this service and getting proper resolution to the problems. Two holiday deliveries were a complete train wreck. If it’s a special occasion “buyer beware”.

Tell me why I can’t get a refund on items that they were out of stock in store? Refused me twice for items I didn’t and COULDNT receive because they DIDNT. HAVE. THEM. Never had this issue before, I have ALWAYS been refunded for missing items in the past. This is ridiculous.

They flagged my account & refused to give me a refund for the dead flowers I received all because I had a history for a refund in the past when I got a delivery for the wrong food. I will NEVET use this app again!!
The added on fees are getting ridiculous!
Too expensive. Stuff shows up wrong half the time. Express to you is locked behind dash pass and then you still have to pay extra for it.
I ordered 2 times the same item plus chocolate and didn’t get refunded
My delivery was amazing, sandwich was just to my order and it was perfect, it’s rare that a dasher listens to my request to simply leave it at my door. That’s what he did and reached out to me afterwards multiple times to double check I got it, which was very thoughtful. 10/10.
