This app has zero integration with the season pass-holders. I can’t view any of the perks that come with my membership and the websites are disabled. I can’t view any see my add-ons but that’s it, no bring a friend, skip the line, deals, discounts, etc. you also make it impossible to use the member discount on the app when purchasing extra tickets.
Will not allow me to buy additional add ons to my pass. I want to buy both dining and drink passes, but will not allow both on one transaction, and minimize fees. It errors says duplicate pass number or something like that. Instead, you have to do multiple transactions. And pay multiple fees. Very sleezy and scammy.
Looking forward to going to the parks this month, but due to a required app update I will not be able to show my gold pass or navigate the park. Thanks for cancelling the pass I paid for before I could use it.
Super slow and won’t let me even pick my park. If you are going to require me to be in the park to do certain functions then make sure your app works properly!!!!!
Can’t filter rides by wait time. Ride list continually refreshes so losing your scroll position. Hard to find things in the app. Doesn’t use proper login form controls so it breaks autofill. All around frustrating
App overall very glitchy and not stable. Mobile ordering not available at kings island. Ride wait times are very very inconsistent with actual wait times. The old cedar fair apps were much better than this.
This App sucks. I can’t even download. I had to delete my Knotts app because it kept freezing once it became 6 flags. Now it won’t allow me to download again
I have the newest version of the app and have been updating as updates have been released but for over a month, any time I try to use the app it freezes. I can not access my pass - it freezes as soon as I try to click on it. I can not do anything in the app ever. It’s frustrating because I’m relying on a screenshot of my pass and can’t access any of the features in the app as a season pass holder with meal and drink plan. I’ve tried logging out, deleting app, redownloading, etc. Just a terrible user experience.

This new update is not the greatest . I liked how the app was before the new update for season pass doesn’t show you when certain benefits expired or what dates you can bring people for free which is included in the season pass . Last years app was more detailed
