Confluence Cloud

The App needs to be completely redesigned. It‘s almost useless and completely confusing. You can work with Confluence in your Browser - which is okay, but not a pleasure either due to the navigation and design. But most people would rather pick up their smartphone first before taking their laptop! Also, if you‘re a company and need several accounts it is quite expensive.

Actually it could be great if all the basics would just work. However editing pages usually leads to breaking the pages layout upon save. This issue persists since years. For reading , it’s okayish but not all elements are supported either.

Die App ist unübersichtlich… man sucht und sucht und findet es doch nicht. Neue Einträge bekommt man nicht gemeldet. Ich hab keine Zeit, um jeden alle angelegten Reiter durchzuschauen, ob ggf. ein neuer Eintrag vorhanden ist. Anhänge lassen sich nicht öffnen. Ich kann unterwegs, wenn nötig, also nichts öffnen, um nachzuschauen. Wenn ich nicht müsste, würde ich die App nicht nutzen. Es kann nicht sein, dass ich zusätzlich zum Eintrag eine Mail von Ersteller bekommen muss, damit ich weiß, dass es irgendwo etwas Neues gibt.

Die Bereiche und Seitenbäume sind unter „Suchen“ zu finden. Seitenbäume gibt es nur über die Bereichsliste, nicht aber über „Kürzlich angesehen“.

Quite the achievement to be even more buggy than Confluence on the web.

Confluence wird mit jedem Update zunehmend schlechter. Ist mittlerweile vollgestopft mit Werbung, die immer wieder eingeblendet wird und sich nicht deaktivieren lässt. Hinzu kommt das kostenpflichtige Zusatzfunktionen, welche unerwünscht sind, den Platz wegnehmen und häufig genutzten Tools in versteckten Untermenüs verschwinden. So ist ein effizientes, produktives Arbeiten nicht möglich. Das gilt leider auch für die Webversion.

Lacking tons of features. Very frustrating. Better use the Confluence on the browser.

Although I like the functionality of writing and editing text as well as the possibility to make changes and reformat lists on an iPad, Confluence makes a mess out of lists when adding images. On an iPad it makes the app rather annoying to use

Can’t log in if you don’t allow the app to track you in Safari

Since Excerpt and Children display macros aren’t supported navigating is a joke. Shame on you.
