Why did you change the login method to be only mpin with no option to reset or use other methods? Pls fix
Very poor performance
I am trying to activate a new device and it’s been a while since I used my mobile app but the method I’m trying to use to activate this new device using the BVN and face verification method, since I do not have a debit card, but even after inputting my account number and BVN the next option loads perfectly well but after that I get this error message “No registered mobile user found”
Since I have been emailing/chat the customer care service I have never get response back from them. Shameful.
Wow what a wonderful app
The app features is a mess and unreliable… can’t get transaction receipts with ease, I can’t access my transaction history with set specified date range. It shouldn’t even be active. You can’t choose mail to have your account statements sent.
Great app with excellent features, easy to navigate and secure.
