BitPay: Self-Custody Wallet

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!Avoid it with all costs!! A lot of problems with balance sync, had my money freeze for weeks until I found another wallet where I did import my BTC wallet and got my funds moved. Support team is worst, robotic answers they not even looking into my concern!!

Help with unknown group attacks and community violations to personal contracts

Takes forever to send bitcoin.

Fees are extortionate, do not use unless you have no other choice.

Just shows cancel logo.

Wasted an hour trying all stores it claims to support and not a single one did avoid

I have tried to get support from Bitpay regarding missing funds and what is clearly a bug within their software and all the support you get is them sending out links to their knowledge base - thankfully I dont have a massive amount missing (it is showing on the app but missing when i go to pay for things) but I would not trust this app and can write off Their support is either stupid or are wilfully ignoring the bugs within their app. Avoid this app at all costs

I first time use Bitpay, it is so terrible, I don’t know how to open a new BTC wallet, I want to ask the customer service that no one answers after I try more then ten times, I am so sad that I directly use the original BTC wallet, but it need crypto password when I withdraw, but there is no ENCRYPTION password for origin BTC wallet, I have contacted the complaint and sales, there is no answer, don’t use Bitpay, it is very worst and terrible, I hate it
