Since myhomeserver1 updated automatically whole house no longer works. App is non functional and can’t go back to my home_up which
Awesome
Very easy for end user to program. Electrician required to wire it up, but the APP is easy to access as a end user.
Trying to register for first use. Verification code email is not being sent so can’t even get started (yes I checked spam and tried other accounts).
After several resets (which in Legrand Australia means turning the power on and off as there is no reset switch on the gateway) I finally got this app to control a wired light switch. BUT the app shows a Legrand Power outlet Gateway which is not sold in Australia. We have just a Legrand Gateway with no power outlet Then when you try to connect to Apple HomeKit via the settings menu of the Legrand app, the only product shown is the afore mentioned power outlet gateway. So of course the app can’t find it as it should be looking for just a gateway. Consequently it is impossible to connect this kit to the Apple Home app. Please fix.
After waiting for an eternity for supported smart light switch to arrive in Australia I couldn’t be more happy with these products, so much so I have now fitted out the whole house. Yes there are a few minor setup issues (it’s a new product after all) but if u work through the app setup instructions slowly and thoroughly the end result is as good as any smart HomeKit product I own (and there is a lot). I don’t use the Home + Control app I use the product entirely within the HomeKit environment. All the products have worked perfectly with all my scenes and automations. Best of all the on/off delays through Siri or the Home app is far better than the WeMo products I replaced. Well done Legrand, now bring Australia the smart smoke detectors and then develop us a smart weather station.
