Turkish Airlines: Book Flights

Worst app I have used not user friendly at all. I can get in then when I need to again says wrong PNR or e ticket number. You also can not print as it suggests to once you have paid for seats. Fix it for goodness sake

I tried to book two tickets the app kept loosing sessions. I tried to book it quickly and mistakenly booked wrong timing for my flights. I changed the the tifket timings costing me around 300$. Lost around 180$ with ticket change and 120$ for seat selection. This SUCKSS. Either try to improve this app or atleast refund me this amount.

Impossible to signup using the app. You get blocked due to a valid mobile provided.

The app makes it tricky to book flights. It needs more work.

I was supposed to book a ticket on December 5 to 20 of 2025 When I received my E-ticket I noticed that both of my tickets are in Nov. 19 Melbourne to Basel also the Basel to Melbourne like why would I travel on the same date! Trying to rebook it tru app and website but there site is confusing they keeps on asking for OTP but I never received any OTP and the site is not that easy to navigate definitely not a user friendly,
