I don’t understand why this app is not working on iphone.
There was complete chaos and confusion between Turkish airlines and indigo airline. No one seemed to know who was responsible for the flight, and we were bounced back and forth between check-in counters like it was some kind of joke. Staff were either clueless or just didn’t care — and their lack of coordination caused a major delay that ruined my entire travel schedule. To make it worse, there were no clear announcements, no proper communication, and no apologies. Just long lines, misinformation, and a ton of frustration. The delay dragged on for hours, and not once did anyone step up to take responsibility or offer real assistance. If this airline can’t figure out something as basic as who’s operating the flight, they shouldn’t be selling tickets in the first place. I’ll never book with them again, and I strongly recommend avoiding them if you value your time and sanity.

It was super easy to change the flight and the seats or any other selection.
After tapping on “Add to Apple Wallet” it shows loading and comes back to the same screen and never shown an option to Add To Wallet. Please fix this.

Scammy airline. Please avoid booking the stopover program as they do not honour bookings and will try to weasel out of offering a room. Pathetic customer support to boot. Avoid your hassle book with a more professional airline .
I booked my flight from Baku to Brazil I had all the necessary paperwork with me but they denied boarding and they wrote that on my ticket copy too when I tried to cancel my tickets with the airline they said you are not eligible for refund bcz I was no show. So they are just making fool nothing else 3rd class airline . Tickets price was around 4.3k USD I have everything ticket number and booking details
There is a bug in the last 2-3 iphone app updates which does now allow viewing miles statement. If miles statement is clicked, the app only shows last few miles redemptions done. Miles statements can't be viewed at all from the iphone app.
Very poor service. First they changed my ticket for 130 usd, I was confirmed same. When I went to pay they took 480 usd saying the agent on call made a mistake . Blackmailers , rude staff in Taksim office , Istanbul. They said complain . Went for checkin , they said standby boarding pass, go to gate . Waited 2 hours , went to gate for Checkin, the guy said we will give you new free ticket plus business upgrade tomorrow , if you accept boarding denied . I said No. Then hesaid wait , and started talking to someone else, without completing with me and went saying let boarding be over, how dare he, we are B grade passengers . After 15 mins gave him piece of my mind, gave me seat , which was already allocated to someone else, finally the crew on board, with a racist steward, ( who later refused to serve my compassengers , from madagascar , discriminating them) gave me a middle seat , which I have never accepted ever, The office in Taksim had said complain online and you will Be refunded as it shows that the girl Made a mistake . Nothing . Made several complaints , no reply , Most useless airlines. Beware guys
