Phone app doesn’t work

To expensive and no free trial. Or discounts for not institutionals

The app rarely connects and often times finds itself in a constant reload loop. When it works it’s great for articles and live data. WHEN. Unfortunately, it works less than half the time. I have no issue with the website on my desktop. The app was meant to help me stay up-to-date while I was away from my desk, but this seems to be a far cry from the current reality.

rarely works and goes in circles when trying to go into any data (login login layers and layers) etc .. there is no worse app in all of history including infinite universes

Never works, always lags, impossible to navigate

Cannot log on to the app!!! Capital IQ Pro has too many features I don’t need. How can I get my traditional RatingsDirect app back? Thanks John

App is not opening news articles

App always crashes

The app overall is good. I’d just like the ability to tag my article saves like I can on a regular web browser on a PC. Thanks
