Better to use the website. Very glitchy and not really well thought out app development. Ads for a paid subscription is not the way to go
Temu is garbage and everything is 1/4 of the size advertised.
The upgraded video player wasn't necessary and it has downgraded playback functionality, first rule of design/development and support: If it is not broken, then don't fix it.
App is unusable. Downloaded as flash is no longer an option and want to watch some of the programs after they have aired. App continuously crashes the second you try to play or click on anything.
I just cancelled I spoke with customer service through the chat and they Basically told me tough… there’s no ability to filter the amount of traffic that comes in through the app So… bye bye until that problem is fixed Seriously you need to enable us to choose how many messages we receive I only want serious headlines not dribble a thousand times a day Please I have only ticked headlines but I still receive way too many messages every time I open my phone there’s a new message If I can’t slow them down I will have to cancel
I can cast YouTube and other apps but cannot stream Sky News. Pretty poor show
No closed captions (CCs) is very poor. News Corp Support are very slow to fix. Why would you not offer CCs in this day and age??
Every day over the last 3 years we have tried for subtitles and everyday despite trying and getting the tick for cc subtitles on, the subtitles ARE NOT PROVIDED! AND WE’VE BEEN PLEADING AND SENDING EMAILS AND RINGING BEGGING FOR THEM FOR 3 YEARS NOW! WHY IS IT THAT ALL OTHER APPS PROVIDE SUBTITLES BUT SKY NEWS DOES NOT?
The reporting is great but the constant - and slow - content refreshes are painful. To the point where some days I just give up and go in search of something else to read. And what’s with the practice of associating unrelated videos with almost every major news story???
