Selbstverteidigung als App? Und dann auch noch im Fitnessniveau? Nicht euer Ernst. Ihr verkauft falsches und gefährliches Halbwissen. Selbstverteidigung ist extrem komplex und selbst im Training nur ansatzweise nachzustellen, nennt es bitte anders.

The trainers and content are super motivating, i only wish they were in my living room teaching me live. I love that they don’t just teach the physical techniques, but dive into the mental/emotional topics as well. The holistic approach to self defense what sets this app apart from any fitness app I’ve used before.

Bestimmt eine tolle App, die Aufmachung ist der Hammer nur kostet sie leider im Monat 12,99 im Jahr 59,99 und lebenslang einmalig 199,99...

Wow! Love it! I‘ve never made it through more than 2 weeks of one fitness app. But this one is more than a fitness app. It‘s empowering body and soul! This app is obviously made with love. Videos are produced highly professional and the content is well-thought-out. All in all very convincing!

Empowering women is the future we all need.

Training for Self Defense/Self Confidence + Fitness is packaged into this beautiful App. I was hooked by this concept immediately. And my wife too! All thumbs up!
