I attempted multiple passwords reset requests to cancel before free trial period ended and did not receive. I was unable to log in using the credentials I opened the account with. However, once the company debited my credit cart for a full year payment I suddenly received the password reset link. Immediately I requested cancellation and refund of fee only to be told according to their terms they will not refund. In good faith I tried to act before the free trial period ended to meet their terms only to be ignored. This isn’t a reputable business model. Their customer service is terrible. I have made multiple attempts to communicate with customer service with no response. I received one response when they had debited my credit card. And somehow now I get daily emails which I didn’t request. Also the content isn’t/wasn’t that inspiring or informative. Do not waste your time or money with this garbage. Both content and incredibly bad service and poor ethics. One they’re good at is wasting your time and money!

It started good after I got Pro but then overnight, a bug and lost all my history and started books. Since then I get empty books. Totally bogus. Don’t waste your money.

Don't bother downloading this app. Immediately, once you complete the set up your met with sub subscription. Unless you begin the trial, you are unable to test the app. Trial expires after seven days. Just a waste of time wants to take your money.

You wanna replace users’ TikTok and IG habit with a paid app?? Really? Don’t care how great ur content. Ain’t paying for this no matter what.
