Great app!

I got an ad for this app on a social media platform and decided to pay for it because it sounded really interesting. However, when I went on to download the app after payment & account creation, upon logging in, I saw that there was no paid subscription tied to my account. I checked with my credit card company, and my payment had gone through. I then contacted their is support team, but they haven’t responded to me for over a week..

I couldn’t get how to use it. Every time I got a reading recommendation it directed me to a Quote from the writer, then I click on it and it takes me to another Quote from another writer and so on. I couldn’t get how to read the article.

I can't even listen to the articles anymore! Unacceptable...

Didn’t warn me my trial was ending and charged me for the full year plan.

Wanted to try this for a week, and signed up for the weekly subscription. They charged me for a whole year.
