Not many programs to choose from. Only two trainers. Several exercises are missing the description. No free trial. I feel misled by the advertising.
Paid subscription but app won’t unlock I subscribed through Apple and my subscription is active and paid (confirmed in my Apple ID), but the app is stuck on the “Choose your plan” screen and won’t let me access anything. I signed up using Sign in with Apple and have tried restoring purchases, signing out/in, deleting and reinstalling the app, and restarting my phone — nothing works. This appears to be a backend account-linking issue. I’ve reached out to support and hope this can be resolved quickly, as the app looks great but is currently unusable despite payment.
Purchase the 3 month option and subscription shows it ends on 4/11. However, I’m not able to get past the subscription page on the app even though it tells me I have access until 4/11. Complete waste of money and have emailed support team twice. I basically paid for an app I have zero access to.
I paid $40 for three months, and when I went into the app all excited to use it, the food tracker portion of the app continuously locked me out with a “404 Error” message. When I reached out to them to fix it, when I finally got them to answer, they let me know they were “fixing the issue” and then proceeded to never contact me again and never fix it - in fact, they just removed the food tracker option all together! Great! Then refused me a manual refund after Apple declined. Get MyNetDiary 🤍
App wouldn't work for the meal plan portion (403 error: forbidden code) Contacted with no response (still waiting two weeks later for response...) Attempted to reset account, couldn't then login. Paid for three months for no use.
Their customer support email is bad and the app won’t work and a notification keeps popping up telling the app has a bug! They took $60 from me and now I can’t get ahold of the freaking people to get my money back!
I purchased this app for the year and I can’t even access the meal plan it says 403 ERROR. Whats the point of taking someone’s money and not delivering. This is FASE advertising. I am very upset and want a refund!!!
It’s been days since I first initially downloaded this app and paid for a nutrition + workout subscription. I haven’t been able to access my work out plans since then and the only updates I have with support is they’re working on it. Don’t waste ur time, the app isn’t reliably built which makes using it a pain in the butt.
I couldn’t even get through the initial set up because there were so many grammatical/spelling errors. It was obvious that the creators of this app were either uneducated or didn’t take the time to properly build this app. I don’t trust it to be my “go to” app for weight training.
Look, this app looks like it may be amazing. I am having to guess, because after completing the onboarding questionnaire, the only options are $39.99 for three months, something more expensive for six months, $89.99 for a year or $99 for lifetime. As someone living on a fixed income, I can’t afford any of those prices for an introductory attempt with an app. I need to be able to see inside the app (you can’t) before committing so much money. On top of that, the onboarding questionnaire is riddled with misspellings. If you want me to pay top dollar for an app, it better be flawless and not look like a teenager with no proofreading skills made it. So, unfortunately, I can only rate this app 1 star due to two very major flaws. If the app allows for a cheaper exploration in the future, and fixes the ridiculous spelling errors, I will be happy to rate it higher, since again, the preview pics in the App Store look very promising.
