Scanning and Helth scores good

Consultation and order medicine not working since laat few month, contacted customer service but nothing from them yet to resolve the issue

Provides a lot of convenience and information is easily accessible and always available. Thanks.

The application is good and was made easier to use after getting a walkthrough of the features

This app and the service / service team behind this app and overall service from IcIcI Lombard is pathetic. The insurance policies hides every now and then, OTp does not work etc. I took a befit rider policy and I cannot use that policy for doctor appointment as the OTP does not come. I wasted so much money on their policy.

Way too many features The insurance reps were very helpful in guiding me through the app. Very user friendly!!!
