Edit: I've tried one more time in Chile, a country that is proud of there abundant, fast, and cheap internet. 10GB for 24 dollars. It was ridiculously slow, it's hard to overstate how bad it was. I tried for the last whole day to download movies, but Netflix nor Amazon know how to handle internet this slow. They never succeeded with a single movie in about 30 hours. (Original post) I bought a bundle for my trip in the US and Bosnia. They made it easy to select a bundle and purchase it. But then the internet speeds were outrageously slow, to the point that I believe it's impossible to spend the bundle in the given time frame, even though it says I am connected to 5G towers. There's no indication in the app about the internet speeds, and it's literally impossible to make a complaint about speeds in their automated customer support system. Also there is no system to write reviews for bundles, so noone it's not possible to inform either Mobilmatter nor other users that certain bundles are rip-offs.

It says 1 mbps. Not even 10%. Payback is to make you fool. You should get 16$ to spend a dollar.

It literally never worked, I tried it in Japan and then again in Thailand and it never worked, we did everything according to the description, but I never had any reception

Booked 25GB for 20€ for Australia and NZ. The internet didn’t work in the beginning. After some emails and changing settings it worked, but very slowly (even in areas with full bars). After a lot of back and forth, still no resolution and no update from the service provider (although promised to get an update asap). A lot of data was used for the communication and speedtests to send as proof. No additional data was offered to compensate this usage. Very unfortunate and time consuming, especially during a holiday meant for recreation.

Does not warn user on the compatibility of the esim with the phone that is being used to purchase and install the eSIM

I bought a one-year SIM card and am stuck with it. Be cautious when purchasing long-term SIM cards.
