Customer do not get airtime alert , customer do get authorization notifications without allowing cash out. Recent, instead of fix this,they have attempted to block some agent sims with the claim that, agents are involved in fraudulent transactions. How is this a fault of the agent if some customers don’t really know about the MoMo menu? Do you know network glitch make cash out process not complete? It’s a failure on the part of big company to fix this, only to prematurely jumped into poor decisions. Those in-charge of this app in Ghana are not competent .
I funded my Momo account in other to purchase a data Since over 24hrs now am unable to use my money to do anything in the app if am trying to use the money to do data is going to be showing me invalid number Even am trying to transfer the money back is still showing invalid number And they didn't help me to resolve this till now
It runs annoyingly slow like a pace of snail way more often than not.

Please it’s a good app but it’s really needs updates it shows wrong time for transactions all the time. It’s transactions history state is the best feature but it’s also the problem. Please work on the transaction history statement feature. It’s needs update thanks
