The new update has broken the app. At the login screen, you don’t have time to login until it goes back to the animation video. Did anyone beta test this before they released it?
The app and power bank were great when I first got them but after the first update the app never connected to the power bank again.
Landscape mode was working for a short while on the iPad but now it is not working again, why did you break it?
One off the best backup system in the market
Hi everyone, excited to share that I just set up my Delta Pro ultra with one extra battery for total of 12,000 W very seamless set up was able to register my warranty through the EcoFlow app very seamlessly. I love the application love the product so far and thanks EcoFlow for being so genius in the production and manufacturing of this product.
A nice app for monitoring your Powerbank, but it’s insane that it takes up nearly a gigabyte of space on your iPhone - 552.8 Mb for the app itself and another 230 Mb for its “data file”. WTH is it doing? This is for a River 2 battery! Someone needs to do a serious code review at EcoFlow and Apple needs to warn users of bloated apps like this one. Asides from the bloat, the app does what you expect - show how much the various ports are using or being charged with - stuff that should take an app that’s around 2-4 Mb…
Your requirement for a 15 character password is insane. Also what is this agreement that you can remotely access my phone about? Seems like some phishy stuff.
If you like apps where data disappears with new releases or like different completely different functionality between models, or input pulldowns that don’t function at all on an iPad because of resolution differences compared to an iPhone, you will love this app. Take a look at the change log and the constant number of bug fixes every week.
Could you please make the home page swipe-able? I like to observe the information on both screens and it’s a whole process to switch between them. It takes over 5 swipes and button clicks before I can look at the other homepage. When I could just swipe it left and right to see the different screens. That’s my only complaint, sorry, awesome product keeps up the good work. Best wishes.
