Upload speed after upgrade continuously drops low. Constant upload fails. Files won’t upload at all with characters like question marks, requiring manual renaming. Existing files refuse to be moved and show an error about directory not existing (when it does). Ads persist in mobile app even with premium. Premium is a SCAM.

i love this it made my life easier

I am so impressed with the 1TB of storage provided for free. The app is easy to navigate, and the auto-backup for my photos has saved me so much space on my phone. Definitely the best value out there for anyone needing reliable cloud space.
