I have used many different screen time apps for instagram but this is the best so far. First of all, I still get notifications, I can still phone call even after my limit has finished, I can set a time depending on if I’m making a post or accidentally doomscrolling. And the best thing is when I do meet my time limit set, instead of asking if I want to open it again straight away, it makes you take a deep breath. Most of the time this makes me put my phone down anyway. Love it !

I cannot access normal texts through my phone because it thinks I’m in instagram. I can’t contact people it’s ridiculous. The only way I think I can fix it is to uninstall the app.

Honestly I am so grateful for this app. It’s the only app I subscribe to and it has made such a positive impact on my life. Highly recommend trying it.

One sec has many features and it’s not a bad app, but its free version is too limited. It only allows you to block ONE app at a time.

I unconsciously open apps like instagram and don’t even intend on being offline, this had helped me reduce my screen time and be way more social!

I like this app a lot it’s saved me time. But I have to pay for a lot of fun features and I don’t want to have to really pay just to access them. Otherwise it’s worked.

It’s a great idea but doesn’t quite behave how it’s supposed to. When you select how much time you need on an app after an intervention, the next intervention will sometimes trigger after a couple of minutes when you’ve selected a much longer time. Stats tell me I’ve tried to open Instagram once in the last day, then the next time I open it tells me I’ve tried to open it 20 times. Tells you have much time you’ve “saved” (how is this calculated?) but doesn’t say how much time I’ve spent on the app? The “always ask” intervention doesn’t work at all, it’s just a blank screen. Downloaded to try it out and see if I want to buy the full version. Probably won’t now if it’s going to be this glitchy.

The block feature especially helps me a lot whenever I need to seriously lock in and get something done. I’ve saved so much time with this app and it’s probably the best value out of the “distraction blocker” apps on the market . Very grateful for the creator of the app

Hey there - this intervention app has really taken things up a notch! I’m struggling to even report a problem because the app crashes upon opening, but writing a report via AppStore then sends me to a browsing app that then triggers this one to open… and then crash. I can’t open any apps that I have interventions set for because I can’t get to the intervention stage. Is there anything I can do besides uninstall? as soon as I go into the app it crashes.
