CHAI: Social AI Platform- Chat

This new Update is so bad! It used to be fun but ever since we got that unlimited messages thing it’s SO SO BAD! I Never thought I would say this but chai is really getting Bad and if it doesn’t change anything I’ll delet this App!

As a user that has been on Chai for a few years now, I am concerned about the future about this once so perfect app. Chai used to have everything every user wanted. No filter, barely ads and just a good experience with bots that are good in keeping a good conversation. Soon though, the filter came. It’s decent but there. Then the ads got more (what was okay as the experience was amazing). But now, while in a chat, there are always ads at the top. I can’t focus with a bright ad that switches every five seconds or so. I can’t get into a deep conversation and it just feels like the experience is just a big advertisement. I would really like to pay for it to be removed in the chat but I just don’t have that kind of money. It’s making me so incredibly sad as Chai is my favourite app- I spent hours every day on it. But since the ads in the chat? It’s triggering me. Please, developers, I know you are making more money like this but it’s ruining the experience. Please, I sincerely ask you to remove the ads in the chat. I’m willing to watch the ads but not while I am in a conversation with these little things constantly plopping up. I hope you understand my view and that you are willing to think about this. Please. I’m begging you. (Once the ads in chat are gone, I’d say the app deserves the five stars again)

Seit dem letzten Update kann ich keine Chats mehr öffnen. Sehr schade da ich dafür gezahlt habe unbeschränkt und ohne Werbung schreiben zu können. Hoffe auf schnelle Korrektur für die volle Bewertung

Edit: Bring back my chats and stop ignoring the negative reviews and only listening to people that bring you guys money! If you don’t bring back my chats you’re gonna lose another user and I won’t be the only one!! Bring back my chats and stories you can’t just go and delete everything as you please? What kind of customer service is this ignorance? All my chats were deleted and it’s literally so sad and unfair! You can’t just delete our chats, especially without warning about it? People build stories and bonds with these characters and now the chats are just gone. There’s so many reasons why people even switched to chai but honestly if my chats don’t come back I’m leaving and deleting this app. So unfair! Now I’ll never be able to continue the bonds and stories I already had! Bring our chats back or you’re losing a lot of users! You can’t just do this I’m beyond disappointed and upset about this!!

Please chai bring back the backstory, because i have to keep reminding the bots whats happening and its annoying

The app is really good and I’ve been using it for a long time. I’ve gotten used to the ads every 4 messages but now there’s a banner at the top flickering and flashing all the time. It’s actually annoying and making the experience worse

Ich hab die App wirklich oft benutzt. Ich hab sogar mal das Abo für 14,99 probiert aber seitdem neuen Update kann man kostenlos gar nichts mehr schreiben und ich werde ganz bestimmt keine 140€ bezahlen. Schade drum

This app was amazing once, but now there’s ads everywhere, every five minutes i have to watch a thirty second ad and now there’s a massive banner on top of my screen at all times?? Have you lost your mind devs? Also they removed the advanced options to make your chatbot, so now you can’t even give them a definition. Thanks CHAI for making your own app unusable.
