At times live running status for trains is not available on the app. Similarly the feature to capture live location from app user input through the option of “Hi, Are you in Train” also doesn’t work.

The train schedule and live update is non existent. You can’t use the coins you earn on the app. No option to complain.

In a time sensitive app is it necessary to show an unskipable video ad while searching for train???

Please stop video ads asap

Most of the time it doesnt show the accurate time of the train. Also many a times location of the train is also not available.
