L'app est très lente et souvent je dois la redémarrer. La camera sur mon imprimante fonctionne 1 fois sur 2 sur l'application. Le démarrage des impression 3D marche pas du tout
Connectivity is pretty terrible. Can’t rely on the app to change settings or for the video to work. Takes quite a while to load. Whole thing lags.
Ever since I did the version update the app doesn’t work at all. When I try to print something on my Creality hi it doesn’t pop up my cfa unit even though it is plugged in the the printer knows it is there. Garbage after the update.
je trouve que cette application ne fonctionne pas fluidement et que le liaison entre l’application et l’imprimante ne ce fais pas systématiquement et il faut très souvent le relancer pour que cela fonctionne quand cela fonctionne je suis très déçue

It took me 25 times to get it right but i finally got it
This app is so wonky i have a hard time using my creality printers vs others that actually function properly.. First off the camera doesnt work properly and its not a hardware issue its an app issue.. when trying to view the camera from the app there is nothing 90% of the time.. if you go to the printers ip adress the camera works there 100% of the time. This its an app issue. Second, After completing a print about 25% of the time itll show print failed even though it completed, thus not giving you the “completed print points” Third, i cloud slice alot, and most of the time i have to “send the print” multiple times before it will actually start printing. I also pay for the subscription part of it and rarely get “boost tickets” properly, i got 4 every monday for a while now its never 4.. sometimes its 2 and sometimes its 0.. i also assume this is an app problem. At the end of the day the app does mostly work, but its such a mess for such a massive brand.. creality will start losing mass customers if they dont upkeep their cloud app properly..
Bought a reality K-1 max in December it’s broke three times already paid an extra $140 for warranty with no help. They don’t even reply to the service tickets and ended up closing the ticket without helping me. I wish I never bought one.
Have to tell it 10 times to print a file. More than ridiculous
