Don’t use this frasers plus. It’s the worst. Even if you are not owing anything they will be sending you emails. Avoid please.
If you need to exchange anything you have bought in store. Be prepared to battle They will refund money onto the app. Then you can never use it.
Crashed when loading and set plan wrong for 12 not 3 moths. Trying to Scam customers. Do better.

Payment options don’t work! ….My bank doesn’t even recognise the information Frasers have provided for bank transfers!…..Need to have a system like Klarna, much smoother process!
Be careful with this app. It promotes “pay in 3, interest free”, but in my experience the default plan was actually the longest interest-bearing option unless I changed it manually. That feels misleading. I even made a payment the day after purchase, which showed I was trying to pay it off quickly, but that still would not have stopped interest unless I replanned correctly in time. That is not a fair default. The default should be the 3-month interest-free option, with interest only applying later to any unpaid balance. My issue was corrected, but the setup still feels designed in a way that could catch customers out.
Can’t even store card details to make it easier . I don’t like this app .

Terrible. I’ve been trying to speak to an agent for days. Every time I send a message it says a ticket has been raised Next time I. Heck the conversation it says looks like you e been absent for some time I’m closing the conversation Ridiculous
