My best suggestion to this App is: STOP DEVELOPING ANY APPS ANY MORE

Honestly, one of the worst apps I’ve ever used in every sense.

When the app won't even let you pay then you know it's worthless

I’ve been trying for the past two hours to pay rent. When I click on payments it takes me to a white loading screen that never actually loads. On the first of the month, your app should be accessible and ready to use. I would give zero stars. This is one of the apps that makes me want to move out of greystar managed apartments.

Unfortunately I have not had a positive experience with this app. Simple things like ensuring that rent is posted by at least the 1st of the month isn’t even guaranteed. It doesn’t help that Greystar is continually switching or replacing apps used for various purposes - currently to live in my building I have to have 5-6 apps. This is just the latest, and another fail.

I am blind and this app is extremely inaccessible. I cannot access many helpful features and the latest issue this has caused is that I was somehow charged from a debit card instead of my bank account due to this inaccessibility and I was charged a fee. I reached out to support twice and they did not respond. This is criminal and if they do not refund the fee they will be facing a massive lawsuit due to noncompliance of federal guidelines!!! This is a promise!

Even in this age of AI, this app is still horrible to navigate with awful UI
