Consistently excellent articles
Their app will keep showing subscribe options even when you are an active subscriber. Think they deliberately make it error prone so that people pay by mistake and not claim back the money
I can never have a successful week unless I have read my issue of TIME from cover to cover, sometimes even including the ads like the tutorials about why China is really GREAT(?). My major problem with TIME is recurrent boring listing of the 100 most interesting, or powerful or beautiful or, etc.; this takes up so much space & is boring as heck, that I could cry.
Current version is the best ever!! Thank you for your hard work making it the best
Reading is good but I frequently have problems with my subscrptions and getting new magazines. Don’t like the new format. You can’t spread the text. Even the text size option doesn’t make it readable.
I paid for print and digital. I am not getting the print I will be requesting a refund.
The app displays the magazine properly for me, both on my iPad and on my iPhone. The deficiencies that I see are: 1) It doesn't save your current location in the magazine for the next day, 2) It doesn’t provide a way to bookmark pages that I can find, and 3) The table of contents should be available from the directly from the page showing the cover. It seems that you must advance one page before access to the button leading to the table of contents is available. Version 107.4.3.
I don’t understand what happened. All that is on the app is the magazine. Where is all the daily content?
It’s July 14 and time app is showing me the June 23 issue as the most current. It’s always like this. I regret buying a subscription Some ideas: -show the different covers from each issue whenever we launch the app so at least it looks fresh -utilize the aspects of the digital nature of this app to make it less like a pdf reader. Include multimedia like the 1990s promised you would do. Audio clips of the interviews? The option to have articles read to us? Video when appropriate? 3D models. Break out of the page design
App doesn’t remember where you left off so every time you go back to it you have to remember which issue you were reading and then scroll through the table of contents and try to remember where you left off.
