    • I have to uninstall and reinstall this app before it will connect to my TV. Literally every single time.
    • The app is completely non functional, crashes as soon as you try to connect to a device
    • My remote will work fine for a couple days then out of nowhere it disconnects with a message stating “device not found”

    • The app does not control our Roku TV. I have to use a third party app that interrupts the use of the remote to play ads.
    • The remote barely connects to tv, makes it extremely hard for remote to connect even when both are on WiFi

    • Roku is charging me for stuff that I have not even subscribed to, it’s insane and no customer service number whatsoever

    • This is the most frustrating apps I’ve ever tried to use- freezes every few minutes, must be rebooted a hundred times per show
    • The app is absolute trash. It doesn’t work as advertised, constantly freezes up, uninstalled the whole thing and reinstalled it again and it got worse
    • Constant crashing, any Bluetooth constantly gets dropped. Just get a 3rd party app that does the job right

    • So many ads, when watching various platforms on my Roku, the amount of ad breaks and length triples versus watching on my laptop or phone

    • Free Trials Not Free - Beware! I chose a free trial for BritBox on 4/17, and am getting the runaround trying to cancel it before the 7-day deadline
