I do t understand for such a great product how you get away with this mobile experience. Search is non functioning. For anyone project managing tasks for others this app is insanely bad
Please add to settings to choose color profile of either light or dark mode - I love my phone in dark mode but this app is HORRIBLE in dark mode

On an iPad I would rather use my web browser but Asana shoves me into the app. There are features and settings I need to access that I simply cannot from the app. Very limiting and very frustrating.
I LOVE Asana, it is a fantastic task and project management tool. But I definitely think the mobile app could use some updates. The my tasks section does not keep the same sorting/filtering that I have in the desktop view. So it makes it a little difficult to stay on top of my tasks if I’m not on my computer. It also has limited functionality when it comes to filtering and sorting in the my tasks section. I also currently have it integrated with teams. And I wish it was possible to add some more functionality there. Currently, I have to add it to every single chat I’m in, and I would love to have it so that I can add it to teams and then create a task for myself from any teams chat or channel I’m in.
I don’t know when this app got so bad - you log in and none of the tasks load. Tried changing settings and the buttons just don’t work.
So far so good but it says i have 14 days free. I cannot find prices after that anywhere! Not even in my listed subscriptions in my app store. It is so secretive that I feel lioe im being scammed.
Their site won’t load on mobile, so you need to get the app. You get the app, and then the app won’t let you login unless you know you password or have a magic link. You get the magic link, and it opens the browser that asks you to install the app, which you already have but can’t use unless you know your password.

Be aware that if you sign up for a year there is no refund policy. I set up an account using my domain, not realizing that I couldn’t use my business Gmail accounts on it. Many attempts to customer service to change my account type with no willingness to correct. Paid a year for a service we now can’t use without starting over and paying for an additional year.
