Make the app more user-friendly and add a separate notes section from the delivery instructions that gets printed with the food as the order progresses through the store. I should be able to access my receipt immediately, not wait 24 hours, especially if there’s an issue with the order that needs to be disputed. It’s incredibly inconvenient, and if someone is using your services, they’re likely to need that order then and there, not 24 hours after it’s delivered. There should also be a photo required of the order being delivered (like doordash does).

Worst experience ever

I ordered my stuff at 8:30 I was told it would be here by 11. Then it went down to 10:45. Then I took my dog for a walk while waiting for the order. I come back and it says delivered @ 9:30. No pictures no nothing. So they gave me a refund but all the stores are closed can’t even get my medicine and fruits. I’m sick af and I needed that

I appreciate the time saving. But I keep getting different app upgrades and pricing that I don’t understand. Some delivery people act stiffed if I don’t add more tips.
