First Bus

Ive traveled internationally before, used 6 other transportation apps, and ive never experienced something with such horrible UI. Cant track your routes, buses and stops are confusing, cannot purchase individual tickets, hell the zone restrictions doesn’t even explain itself on the maps. Cannot see other bus stops when looking at routes, Genuinely couldn’t have a worse experience. Wasted so much time with how poorly designed this app is, i recommend you walk before downloading and attempting this. UPDATE: . It somehow actually got worse. Not only did the app route us to a bus stop that was not available because of construction, but the app doesnt notify you that the stop is unusable. And to make matters worse? The routes on the bus route signs were still on and active. And you think it doesnt get worse, yet they cannot even manage to keep the ‘bus stop not active’ on the bus stops as multiple stops were without this sign. Could not have had a worse experience, had to walk everything.

No longer support Paypal, payment requires card info directly. Also phone number is required (otherwise you cannot login your previous account) with no reason I guess.

App is great except missing one crucial component. When actively following a route, it only shows your starting and ending stop, and not showing upcoming stops. This causes confusion as upon seeing my end stop I request the bus to be stopped a stop or two early. The app should showcase the intermittent stops along the route you’re following.

It freezes, it is inaccurate. What else can i say.

Not useful to see dozens of same bus icons on the map not knowing which is what bus and its line. Totally useless for me to use as a tourist.

Traveling with kids from the US. Downloaded the app to purchase our bus passes, but the app doesn’t accept international phone numbers. Registered on the website (which DOES take international phone numbers), but then the app says my login credentials are not recognized. Tried to download and reinstall the app, but continue to have the issue. Not very visitor friendly.

it's honestly really impressive how every single bus time given in york is wrong. like, not even within 10 minutes

Back end server errors at busy times and canceled buses make it a pretty, but unfulfilling service (Bristol area)
