Blood pressure readings were not even close to actual doctor’s readings

Please take these readings with a grain of salt - the app itself says that it's only 76% accurate and that is absolutely true. I got it because my doctor said I have hypertension and I wanted a way to monitor at home - but the Wellmy readings are about 25% lower than my actual readings taken at my doctor's office - we tested it several times. Other than that it's very pretty, and the AI makes you feel all warm & fuzzy - but if you have a serious health condition, please do not rely on this app for accurate results. TO THE CREATORS: Please cancel the auto renewal on my subscription. The readings I am getting are completely inaccurate and I am not interested in continuing. I've subscribed for a year and I realize that no refund is forthcoming - you hooked another sucker, congratulations. Marketing this app as a serious health tool is misleading and unethical - shame on you! The only reason I'm contacting you is because the 'Cancel' feature in the app is stuck under the bottom menu and I can't get to it - also unethical. You've gotten my money dishonestly but now you also have my honest review - unusable, unethical and a total disappointment!

I take a measurement with regular machine 135 - 72 and your app measures 112 - 76 so which one is right

This app can be helpful. I’m not convinced the BP measurements are even remotely correct. Take most info with a grain of salt.

Your horrible people. I’m worried I might have a serious heart condition and download the app to check my heart rate and the first thing I see is that I have to pay you guys weakly? Making money off of people‘s fear for their health is really messed up.

Half the time it won’t even read my pulse. Mostly inaccurate. Absolute waste of money. Buyers remorse.

The free trial is not free!!!! Don’t try this app unless you want to pay for it. I unsubscribed from the free trial but they still charged me. I’ve reached out to customer support but they haven’t responded to me.

This type of app should not exist and should not be available on the AppStore . Someone might use this app and feel that there health measurements of their heart are OK and go on with their life and not realize that they have some major health concerns. I used a Pillow to cover up the camera light and it gave me blood pressure, blood oxygen, and a heart rate of a damn pillow!!Don't worry it seems like my pillow has pretty good health and a strong heart.

It’s a very inaccurate reading. Plus it costs more monthly than my phone plan.
