App is very useful and efficient, but very unfortunate that there are different apps for practically the same function, requiring the user to purchase multiple pro versions of the app in order to transfer back and forth between music apps. Besides the purchasing model, the app does come with a very annoying bug where trying to view the songs you’re transferring just says “Operation can not be completed” over the details and album cover. This issue makes transferring very inconvenient, especially when trying to match songs to the right album cover.
Ive been making the switch to Spotify but didn’t want to lose my music from the last 10 years of Apple Music use. This app made it so incredibly easy and quick. It was super accurate too, 11/10 app. I now have all of my playlists (picture and all) and music saved! I just downloaded the app about 20 minutes ago (I had over 5,000 songs in playlists alone).
Matching algorithm for CSV neglects metadata from iTunes export that could help with matching: Composer, Album Artist, Year, Album, track duration, tack number. As a rest 1/5 of my music does not match and 1/3 needs hand matching to get the playlist moved over. iTunes playlist export has to be opened in excel and then re-saved as CSV for this program to recognize the artist field.
I had trouble navigating the app. i was able to download my playlists on the app but when i would check my spotify to see if the playlists transferred over i couldn’t find them anywhere. there are no tutorials online anywhere to help. i even bought the pro version bc the reviews were saying it worked great. it could be user error. i just wish there was some sort of tutorial.
Thanks
I need to compile various playlists for live streams for both myself and other creators and being a DJ in the past I was stuck on doing everything manually but as I grow busier and busier in my actual work and no longer mixing music, I needed a way to quickly take a text file and create up to 100 playlists a day and this does it for 4 bucks for a lifetime of use. Why didn’t I use this years ago when I started streaming? I love it. Super simple to use especially with AI organization :)! LOVE IT! GET IT
This subscription on mac is not doing what its suppose to do. My playlist from my phone is not the same like the app on my mac. Also, it keeps pulling for local music icon and when trying to play a song or shuffle error message keeps coming up to sign in to spotify but I'm already signed in. Just frustrating
…this one is not loading my Apple Music library as a source. When I add it, it just loads a screen that says “Fetching Playlists” at the top and “No playlists found” at the bottom. Apple Music is installed and my subscription is active. The tool to move from Spotify to Apple Music worked beautifully in the past but this just isn’t. Am I missing something?
Like the title say. This is a handy tool that does what it is supposed to do. I gladly paid for the pro version.
After going to so many 3rd party converters and giving them my money just for them to not work. Playlisty did it, and for only 2 dollas. Thank you Playlisty🙏🧎 Ended my suffering of the last 3-4 billion years.
