Can’t continue because keep getting an error message when getting lifetime version!
I tried using this app for the first time and immediately ran into an issue. The app shows the error message: “Error – Please check your internet connection and try again in sometime.” However, my internet is working perfectly fine. I tested both fiber optic Wi-Fi and mobile data, and other apps work without any problem. It seems like the app is failing to connect to its servers, even when the internet connection is stable. I hope the developers can look into this and fix the issue so that new users can actually use the app
Good good idea, good information. Execution absolutely atrocious. Currently no internet . I clearly have internet.
I have installed the app and completed onboarding. I have upgraded to the pro subscription. The app keeps asking me to upgrade. If I select upgrade, the alert states I have already purchased the pro upgrade. It also states “Error Please check your internet connection and try again in sometime” There is nothing wrong with my Internet connection.
Hi there I’m a pro user of this app, and I tried to reinstall it and sync the new courses however it keeps crashing and a message pops up saying there is an issue with the connection. Despite the fact that I don’t have any connection issues with my internet. I have both fast home wifi and mobile data but that’s not the issue, its more likely to be an in app thing. So devs can I please kindly ask you to look onto this and fix it please? Thanks
