Didn’t do anything for me, I tried the deep sleep ones first for a few hours, and then turned it off and managed to go to sleep easier without.

Just another one of those apps that’ll make you jump through 10 or more steps only to present you with an in-app payment page you can’t dismiss.

Had sleep issues for 30 odd years and this app has changed my life i finally get sleep! It’s totally nuts but it works!
