Claude Code Notifier Companion

CC notifier is exactly what I was missing for my workflow. I tend to be up and about when running Claude or using it in multiple contexts and windows, and this app gives me the ability to manage all of these from my phone and never have a waiting agent!

Works exactly as advertised. As a developer that runs a lot of sessions and is really saving me so much time. Clean and practical. Well done.
