This app is ridiculous and should be sued. It bans your social functions on day 1 of registration, meaning you cannot comment or use direct messaging. Reason given is always „for security reasons“. In reality, uploading one userprofile photo, sending 1 dm and 1 comment will already make their system flag you as a „security risk“. It seems this app does not want you to interact with other xhs users at all? You can only go through user verification then, but the joke here is that after submitting your personal data (face scan, passport etc), they still won‘t lift your account bann. This is what happened to me personally. Apparently, this app also reports negative reviews so that Apple deletes them. Overall a very shady and scummy soc media app. Would rather give 0 stars if I could.

Der Verwalter hat ihre Rechte Miss verbraucht und gegen frei Meinungen recht und blockiert User seine Aktivität: z.B. Taiwan ist eigenständig von der Stadt VR China. Die Bevölkerung von beide Seiten sind alle Chinesen von den selben Bevölkerung jedoch nicht von der Politik.

I used this app for a long time already, then suddenly I got banned, the reason was that they detected high risk behaviors, but I never posted anything, I just watched some videos and gave likes, sometimes left comments. I asked for evidence of so called high risk behaviors, they said that my account has been logged in somewhere else, and refused to solve the problem. So ironic, usually you just need to change your password if they think you’re hacked. It makes me wonder what the real reason is. Cuz they can’t have my personal identification?

The app is good, but the customer support is absolutely terrible! I had an issue with my account, and I haven't been able to contact support or get any instructions for a long time.

It blocks your account on day 1 of registration and requires your ID information, what kind of social platform does this ? Is this the Chinese Instagram or American CIA recruiting service?
