While ordering on the order page item shows 72 inch double vanity after placing order item then shows on the invoice as 48 inch single vanity. Which would not match the 72 inch vanity that I just ordered! When I highlight the item under detail details, it shows back to the 72 inch vanity. After an hour, going back-and-forth with customer service, they stated that there was no way to verify before the item is sent. Which seems very inefficient if it’s the wrong item. I will update this review after receiving items

I have redecorated my home using Wayfair items and not only is everything I have bought absolutely beautiful and great quality, but it’s all held up well and any issues (only one in the years I have been using Wayfair)were handled quickly and efficiently. I love Wayfair!
When I’m shopping for items for our new construction house build, I shop Wayfair first. It has a huge inventory of unique items that I don’t see anywhere else. The prices are right as well. I love the frequent sales. The App is easy to use.
Update: the app resets my searches when I click out of it for a minute. I need to start my search from zero. Very inefficient. Please fix Received a damaged item and trying to fill out the damaged item is impossible. Getting an error message for 30 Minutes. Allowed me to describe the problem and attach pictures and when I hit continue I got an error telling me to start from the beginning. Are you kidding? Please fix asap.
