    Since this apps existence, it will barely load and takes approximately anywhere from 2-4 minutes for you to be able to actually use any inputs. A multi billion dollar company can’t figure out how to develop an app to where it isn’t a complete pain in the butt to use.

    The app used to work great it was never an issue but now to make it better it’s garbage. There’s people causing massive lines because anymore when they do the drive-through. You used to order and your code came up banged all done. Now, in their wisdom, they decided to make it more automated so when you it notices you’re there and then your code pops up. Not a big deal it’s good if it works. Be but you still got your code. The problem is it only works half the time.

  • Ordering ahead doesn’t help and is a lie

    Ording ahead “so they time it right” honestly seems like a lie and just a marketing ploy. Ording ahead does not insure that your order is ready when you arrive. The receipt still shows the time of order as the same time that you tell them your code. Ordering ahead is just a way for McDonald’s to invade our privacy to collect data on customers…

    I know exactly how the app works. I just ordered two items and it took almost 5 minutes. And that is knowing exactly what I want! Make this better, please.

    The app is pretty much unusable because it’s so slow. Half the time it doesn’t open, and if it does it takes 5-10 minutes to be able to press whatever, 5 buttons you need to press to make an order. I’m writing this review waiting for the app to open. How does a company like McDonald’s have this problem with their app?

    Bought delivery and waited a hour and a half for it not to be delivered so I canceled to buy from another food provider and it could take up to 10 days to get my money back I couldn’t choose points/credit nun

    I go to log in and all my points are gone? This is a scammy set up by McDonald’s to screw people out of their hard earned money. Shame on you, McDonald’s. A multi billion dollar corporation and you have to take away points so that I might get a free hamburger.
