I had a very disappointing experience with FirstCry’s customer service. One of my packages was marked as “delivered,” but I never actually received it. I raised a complaint immediately, but the issue was not resolved even after multiple follow-ups. What made the situation worse was the courier service. Despite clearly explaining that the package was not delivered, the responsibility kept being shifted, and no proper investigation or solution was provided. It felt like neither FirstCry nor the courier partner was willing to take accountability. Additionally, the promised doorstep delivery was not honored. Instead, I was asked to go and pick up my orders myself, which completely defeats the purpose of online shopping. This has been extremely inconvenient and frustrating. Overall, the lack of proper support, unresolved complaints, and poor delivery service have made this a very unsatisfactory experience. I expected much better reliability and customer care.
Very disappointed. The product shown and the product delivered were completely different. I wouldn’t even give 1 star. It’s extremely frustrating. Their customer service is just automated messages, and there is no real person to address concerns. No phone number on the website either. The whole experience feels totally fake.
Please do not download nor use, one of the worst ever. There is no customer support and app is not working all the time.
No proper customer support. Cheaters. Customer support itself cheated by creating fake pickup and not initiating pickup. Beware, always ask for email and executive details when giving returns. Frauds

very bad brand for kids. i compliant at her toll free number there is also no proper solution of my problem. i suggest not to buy membership as well as clothes from this brand.
Very good quality of product and service is really good I am always prefer to purchase my daughter stuff from first cry since to her birth
Poor shipping …. Very bad experience … they keep on changing delivery dates and after 20 days they just cancelled my order without even my confirmation.
Totally unsatisfied with service. My order has not been delivered. It has to be delivered on 12th November 2024 but it says shipment delayed and will be delivered on 14th November 2024 but still not received. Still delivery status is delayed. Customer care team not supporting even they are not contacting. I want my money back. I don’t even want to give a single star they don’t deserve it.
